'A very ecclectic workshop, a wonderful space to explore new texts, new ways of working and thinking without ever any judgement...a liberating Saturday morning rendez-vous that I really looked forward to each time!'
- Maud Fargetton
'Anthony Middletons' weekly acting workshops are great for many reasons:
Resting periods in between acting jobs can sometimes be longer than we'd prefer so it's great to have somewhere to meet every to shake of the dust and stay fresh.
It has given me the opportunity to meet and network with actors who are all pursuing different things in their careers. I always find it invaluable to hear how other people 'manage' as actors as there are may different routes to take to achieve your goals.
Most importantly the workshops provide a fun and pressure free environment to brush up and maintain skills already learnt as well as being trained and given advice in areas where you may be lacking. Despite being a good teacher i like that Anthony is always more than ready to allow someone else to lead a workshop when that persons experience permits. The workshops cover a breadth of styles and techniques that sometimes as actors we choose to ignore in favour of the styles and writers we prefer.'

To me, The Professional Connection encompassed all the key elements any actor would request in a workshop. Voice and diction, body movement and breath, character breakdown and script analysis were all seamlessly integrated to in a 5 week course. Tony was a fantastic source of education and inspiration. His ideas and direction were acutely effective while never compromising nor hindering an actor's creativity. I learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the experience.
